HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow up to three business days to dispatch your order under normal conditions. Our orders generally arrive within 1-10 business days from dispatch. Tracking details are provided by email on the day your order is dispatched. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days from when it was sent, please contact us via email at kiaora@potikipoi.co.nz

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Shipping is $15 New Zealand wide. Tracked shipping to Australia is $40. Standard shipping to European countries and North America is $60 and tracked shipping to Europe and North America is $80.

WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER URGENTLY?!

Unfortunately Pōtiki Poi cannot guarantee the delivery day or period of any order. But if you leave a note in the comments box at checkout with the date needed by we will do our best to make sure your package arrives in time.

DO YOU SEND ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we post to Australia, most European countries and North America.

I'M NOT SURE IF MY PAYMENT WENT THROUGH, WHAT DO I DO?

Please check your account for a debit of the sale amount before attempting to process another order. 

ARE THE PRODUCTS IN STOCK AND READY TO BE SHIPPED?

Yes, we hold stock for our online store so that once you order, we can begin processing it immediately. Bulk orders for ECE, schools and Kapa haka groups are made when the order is placed so can take a few days to process.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

Order colour preference can be changed if we are contacted before the order has been processed. Please contact us via email kiaora@potikipoi.co.nz
